- Limited to 3 episode plays per day
- Access to listening history and resume functionality
2.3 Premium Access (Access Passes)
- Unlimited episode plays
- Obtained through one-time purchase of time-based access passes
- Available durations and pricing:
- 2-day pass: ₦200
- 7-day pass: ₦500
- 1-month pass: ₦1,500
- 3-month pass: ₦3,500
We reserve the right to modify pricing, tier limits, and access pass durations at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Paystack, our third-party payment provider.
- By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions.
- We do not store your credit card or banking information.
3.2 Access Pass Terms
- Access passes are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
- Your access period begins immediately upon successful payment.
- Access passes are non-transferable and tied to your account.

Access passes are generally non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and stream audio content for personal, non-commercial use
- Use the Platform in accordance with these Terms
You may not:
- Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute content without express permission
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
4.3 Content Partner or Creator Rights
Audio content is uploaded by our content partners or creators. All intellectual property rights in partner or creator content remain with the respective partners or creators or rights holders.
4.4 User-Generated Content
If we introduce features allowing user comments, reviews, or other submissions:
- You retain ownership of content you submit
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content on the Platform
- You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights
5. Prohibited Conduct

- Share account credentials with others
- Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to manipulate device identification

- Hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's operation
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Overload our servers or infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5.4 Harmful Content
- Upload or transmit offensive, abusive, or harassing content (if user submissions are enabled)
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Distribute spam or unsolicited communications

9. Indemnification
